WDHT(이하 ‘서비스’)는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 포함하여 아동을 성적으로 대상화하거나 위험에 빠뜨리는 어떠한 콘텐츠와 행위도 서비스 내에서 허용되지 않으며, 확인 시 즉시 삭제하고 관련 법령에 따라 관계 당국에 신고합니다.

5. 신고 접수 후 절차

  1. 접수된 신고를 지체 없이 검토합니다.
  2. 위반이 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 즉시 삭제합니다.
  3. 게시자의 계정 이용을 정지하거나 삭제합니다.
  4. 아동 성착취가 의심되는 경우 관련 법령에 따라 대한민국 경찰청 및 관계 당국에 신고하고, 수사기관의 요청에 협조합니다.
  5. 관련 자료는 법령이 정한 범위에서 보존합니다.

7. 준거 법령

본 정책은 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 대한민국 관련 법령 및 Google Play 아동 안전 표준 정책을 준수합니다.

Child Safety Standards (English Summary)

WDHT (developer: TruthNine) maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Prohibited: posting, sharing, or soliciting CSAM; sexualizing minors; grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to exploit a child.

Safeguards: automated keyword filtering on all user-generated content (posts, comments, reviews, nicknames), in-app reporting on every piece of content, user blocking, and operator review with removal authority. The app is intended for engaged couples searching for wedding venues, is not directed at children, and provides no private 1:1 messaging.

Reporting: In-app via the ⋮ menu → Report, or by email to rnjs3486@gmail.com with “[Child Safety]” in the subject line.

Enforcement: Reports are reviewed promptly. Violating content is removed, offending accounts are suspended or deleted, and suspected CSAE is reported to the Korean National Police Agency and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
